Our partnership with Gil’s Elegant Catering helps ensure the highest quality in your food element at your event with The Empire Room.
If you prefer a different caterer for your event you agree to pay a $1,500 outside catering fee which will be added to your invoice. The Caterer you choose must provide Certificate of Insurance, Valid Health Permit, TABC Bartending Certification and return a signed copy of the Outside Catering Polices. This caterer must also provide all necessary Staff, China, Glassware, Silverware and Napkins.
