Our partnership with Gil’s Elegant Catering helps ensure the highest quality in your food element at your event with The Empire Room.
If you prefer a different caterer for your event you agree to pay a $1,500 outside catering fee. The Caterer you choose must provide Certificate of Insurance, Valid Health Permit and TABC Bartending Certification. This caterer must also provide all necessary Staff, China, Glassware, Silverware and Napkins.
