Additional Fees
Table Linens $22 each for poly cotton linens – Linens are NOT included in rental fee
Valet Parking $37 per Valet per hour – exclusively provided by Pinky’s Valet
Self Parking $300 flat fee to use the parking lot
Security $55 p/officer per hour
Lighting & AV Starting at $500 – exclusively provided by Astounding Sounds & Lighting
Payments & Requirements
50% of the rental fee is required to secure your date
Remaining balance of rental fee is required to be paid in full 30 days prior to event
