While everything comes out gorgeously in the photos, you might be surprised to know there’s a lot of chaos behind the scenes to achieve stunning images! We love when event designers and planners choose The Empire Room as their Dallas styled shoot venue, and we’ve seen firsthand how the behind-the-scenes chaos (seemingly magically) transforms into an exquisitely executed photo shoot.
A styled shoot can last anywhere from a few hours, to most of the day. We advise giving ample time to set up, shoot, and clean up so you won’t feel rushed at any point during the process. The day usually starts with bits and pieces strewn about, until a creative eye brings them all together in flawlessly composed images.
The list of vendors can be as intimate or extensive as the hostess likes, but here are just a few of the people who often collaborate to make an event like this come together:
